I am wiring 10 cabanas on the ocean about 100feet above mean tide mark. Each cabana came prewired with a switch GfCI Receptacle and a plastic light. I have them on regular breakers and they are cord and plug connected with twist lock receptacles. The inspector is requiring gfci protection on the whole cabana I feel he is wrong and also worry about putting the light on a gfci will cause nuisence tripping any code articles would be much appreciated.

2005 210.8(B)...something... requires GFCI protection for outdoor outlets in areas exposed to the public if they are 15 or 20 amp 120 volt receptacles.
