I was told to post this hear. I am installing 4 single phase 200 amp panels in a hotel fed by 208 volt 3 phase Y. These four panels will have 64 double pole 20 amp breakers. There are two drops coming into the building, feeding 7 disconnect switches. All feed wires are spliced inside a wire trough. I was told to balance these four panels on the 3 phases? They will be running 64 A/C-heat pumps, in wall type that call for 220/208 volts. What is the easiest way to do this? If you need more info, please ask I will give as much as I can. Thanks in advance for any help.

Is there a reason that you want to use the 1Ø panels? If you use 3Ø panels, the load should be reasonably well balanced.
