Replace existing panel with 200amp 40 slot panel by Siemens or GE. Panel is presently in the garage and can stay there.

Remove existing clothes dryer line in garage and run new dryer circuit to new laundry room.

Add circuit in new kitchen for d/w

Add circuit in new kitchen for two pendant lights over the island (easy acess from attic)

Add circuit for three counter receptacles

Add circuit for under cabinet lights

Reroute three receptacles and two switches from two walls that were moved.

All the drywall is off the house is being rehabbed. What would be the least amount you would charge for this? I'm in Bucks County Pennsylvania
Off the top of my head, I would say this job would take about 24 man hours, and the material would run in the vicinity of $800.
Add in travel, overhead, profit and permitting, maybe $3,000?
How far off am I?

edman,
Where in Bucks?
That is my neighborhood.
BTW,

I wouldn't use GE.

The undercabinet lights are where you better be careful. It is tricky sometimes, and the materials can be expensive.

The most the customer is willing to pay [Linked Image]

Seriously though...there are a couple of ?'s to be answered first:

- is the existing panel surface or recessed?
- does the existing service even have a 200A supply?
