A client wants an interior photosensor control that will cut the lights on and off with varying sun brightness (on if cloudy, off if bright & sunny). Is this possible?

Go to any search engine and look for

daylight harvesting lighting control

You will find that it is very popular.

Dave, is what you are looking for called ambient light sensors?

Bob (Iwire), I think deals with these a bunch, maybe he'll chime in with a good model number and manufacturer....

I'll second Curt's call.

The Wattstopper is a good product.
We Californians have been dealing with these gizmos for quite awhile now.
