What can be the reason for final inspection to fail? I wasn't there, but inspector called the homeowner and said something about Circuit-Breakers and hung up. the job was 2 bedrooms and the stairs.
both bedrooms' receptacles on same circuit: 20 AMPS, 12 AWG, 10 duplexes, also from this circuit is a light for outside.
Second circuit: 15 amps, 3 closet lights, 3 (50 W bulbs) recessed lights on stairs + 1 lamp, 1 light in bedroom, and in another bedroom chandelier with 5 bulbs, and 1 more light on the wall near the stairs(together 11 standard bulbs, and 3 recessed)
smokes (4) are from bedroom circuit.
3 phones.
This was kinda remodeling job, because when the guys was rebuilding upstairs he threw out old wiring, just left 2 cables that came from the panel.

Hmmm. I'll guess first.

My guess is that the wrong circuit breakers were installed.

The first person to ask is the inspector.

Just a shot in the dark but did you use ark fault breakers? Or did you use mini breakers that are not permited in your area?

Judging by what you posted my guess would be wrong breakers, either wrong type,size,or lack of arc fault. Ask the inspector and post it .

the breakers were already there, i didn't install them, i beilieve they are Squere D and a Squere D panel, the panel and the breakers were the only new things in that house when i first came.

Everything's fine now,It was because there weren't Arc-Fault breakers.
