From the Midwest I wish all a Happy Thanksgiving. Thanks to all for their advice and may we all be back tomorrow. Also this seems an appropriate time to wish a hello and glad to see you to the women posters here. I have always encouraged the young women I meet that are interested in electricity or electronics( my real love) to go for it!!
Warmest Wishes to Everyone!

Happy Thanksgiving to all here. Stay safe this holiday season.
My grandpappy always said after the thanksgiving dinner:
"Sufferin' in comfort."
as he patted his belly...
Mmmmmmmmm....
And by now, millions of turkeys are breathing a sigh of relief and relaxing.
For a few weeks, at least....

Happy Thanksgiving 2003 to everybody!
Went to the kid's school today, they had a Thanksgiving party, I had a plate so full they had to slop the mashed potatoes and gravy on top of the turkey, stuffing and other things that comprised the 1st level.
I thought I was stuffed until I went through the dessert line. Pumpkin pie, apple pie and lemon meringue pie, with whipped cream. I'm still crippled from that gorging. Waddling around like a penguin 12 hours later.
It's funny how incidents stick in the mind.
I remember having Thanksgiving dinner at a diner in Myrtle Beach, SC, must have been in 1993. The waitress said something like "Didn't make it home for Thanksgiving then?"
"No, I'm a long way from home."
"Oh, yeah, I can hear you are now!"
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
Yep, the switch gets turned off today at 3:30pm, no more thinkin bout work, just bout all the food for tomorrow and the start of deer season on Monday here in PA.

Gee, and I thought I made a real find by locating Vernor's Ginger Ale in glass bottles yesterday (out in the middle of the CA desert).
Sparky,
Did you raise turkeys amongst the rest of your fowl?
The story's still the same as it was 2 years ago (above) for me. Happy Thanksgiving, and God Bless You All...S
