I've seen those and I just chuckled. Apparently the guy pays no attetion to public service messages. "No line is safe to touch ever" is repeated up here in Maine on a regular basis.
During the 1998 ice storm up here, Gore came up to survey the damage and pretended to help clean up for a photo op, he grabbed a line off someones front yard until he was told to smarten up and drop it [Linked Image]

Just what kind of intelligence would you expect from these people? Put it to you this way, if that line was hot they would be overdue for the Darwin Award.
