They call me here in Indiana too. The guy gets real hateful towards the end of his pitch and I tell him I'm not interested. Last time he called me a "one-horse chicken sh- outfit" when I told him I wouldn't use a 4 gross case of sawzall blades this year.

Sparky,

Your message was edited as a precaution to remove the direct hyperlink. If they are that obnoxious we don't want them following the traffic back to here.

Thanks Bill,
pardon my cyber-naiveity

I guess i need a few tips on telemarketers, i've made the mistake in trying to rationalize with thm. Case in point, they were trying to sell me wirenuts and did not understand rating/listing is a factor.

Should i buy a whistle??

I usually hang up on them, but the Sawzall blades is a classic... They wanted me to buy 4 dozen of these ' beauties ' lifetime guarantee.. so I asked him if they have a lifetime guarantee why do I need more than one, then he hung up on me...

This is where the hold button shows it's true value. I politely put them on hold...forever. [Linked Image]
