Is this the show?

This thing is quite addictive, not to mention fun to see how many people have already picked certain characters.

I haven't stumped it yet with Herman Munster (702), Tabitha Stevens (499), Barney Fife (170), Daisy Duke (129), or Top Cat (174). [Linked Image]

Actually this program has been around for many years as a demonstration of how the computer can "learn" to ask the right questions. The traditional version you'll find in programming manuals from 30 years ago was "Guess the Animal."

Managed to beat it twice. Anyone remember a cop show from the late seventies called Holmes and YoYo?

YoYo was an android. Only seemed to run for a couple of series but it was one of those programs a 9 year old boy loved.

I win again! You are player number 140 to have chosen Oliver Wendel Douglas from Green Acres.

It got me as Doug Heffernan from "King of Queens" but it could not guess me as Ward Cleaver from "Leave it to Beaver" it guessed the Father from "My three sons"

It is pretty cool.

It just got me as "Will Robinson" from "Lost in Space"

I am impressed. [Linked Image]

I win again! You are player number 2 to have chosen Huggybear from Starsky and Hutch. I knew you were Huggybear from Starsky and Hutch from the start, but I strung you along for a while to make it seem more sporting. I hope that one day you will overcome the powerful sense of humiliation that you now feel. Until then, good luck.

NOW IT'S TAUNTING ME! [Linked Image] [Linked Image]

I'll get it yet.

Bob

Pretty neat!

It got most of mine but I got it twice. Once with Speed Racer, and the other with Tomas de Torquemada (Grand Inquisitor).

Interesting how it cross references.
