Am i correct?
Beside the obviouse safety issue, a computer should be connected to a good grounding circuit because:
I know a good grounding will have an effect on the operation of the computer but i do not know the exact details.

Please list other reasons.

Besides the obvious safety/shock hazard issues, computer equipment needs to be groundsd to help drain off static charges which can damage the equipment, and to reduce the emission of radio frequency interference from the equipment.

A poorly grounded system can exhibit "flaky" kinds of faults, random reboots/freezes, data loss, etc.
