Anybody out there familiar with a International Business Machine type 4205 - 1 fire alarm system. It has 3 pullstations, 2 bells, and westinghouse time clock. The customer (kindergarten & nusery school) doesn't want to replace it because of $$$ to install new system just make it functional. ?????

Wish i could help you out with a specific answer. Will say that I would really like to see some pics of the system posted in the photos for discussion area and may be able to give you some hints from there. Can you tell what the clock is used for?

It's a antique and they don't have the funds to install a new system. It's in Silver Spring, Maryland and most likely the person who installed it is no longer alive. Maybe I can get a digital camera and post some pics.

Thanks for your response.

Surprised that the AHJ would let such an old system continue to be used, especially in a school setting.
