I,m sure it's simple,but it's new for me
(always had plug-in/stoves.)Am feeding separate double oven and cooktop units on the same wall.I'm thinking 6-3 to ovens then
JB w/ 8-3 to cooktop; any tips/insight?

You may want to get the specs from you appliance supplier. I have ran across cooktops with a 12.5kw rating on them.

As for your ovens a 8/3 should be fine. But then again I have seen some real doozies by Dacor and Thermador. It's best to check first than repull later.

I always leave enough slack on my built-in oven feeder to pull it to an adjacent cabinet and then fish the appliance whip to a 4insq. Makes it easier to make up and it is much more accessible.

Without a doubt, get the specs. Avoid headaches.

Unless you HAVE to get the wire in immediately, get the specs. Even just a call to the supplier.
From my experience most cooktops use 10/3, single ovens as well. Double ovens, 8/3 or 6/3.
Also as arseegee said, I have seen some whoppers from the high end stuff.

and no it's not T&M,but we all know that it can be like pulling teeth to get anything like a timely and accurate info from cust.
