Can service lateral conductors in raceway be installed in common trench with a waterline?

Unless local codes prohibit it and the proper burial depth can be met, it should be OK. So, check with the AHJ.

Do you mean the service entrance conductors? Aren't service lateral conductors installed by the poco? Where are these wires going to and from?

Pad mounted transformer: 4000V-120/240V
We are to install the secondary raceway and conductors via trench to meter and service equipment

triple,

In may area (N. Calif.), the builder is responsible for providing conduit for service lateral conductors (between xfrmr and meter). The utility co pulls in their conductors.

And in PG&E and SMUD territory, yes, a water line can share the trench with the power. Has to be 24" of separation.
