Aren't interconnected detectors suppose to trigger, or be able to be triggered, from any of the detectors that are interconnected? This system allows the detectors that are connected with this module, to sound off from a signal coming from a remote location. If a detector with this module senses smoke and sounds off, will it trigger the other detectors? The web site calls the device a "Receiver Module". Is it is also a transmitter? The module takes up 3.6 cubic inches, watch for box fill.
