North Central WV
Union $21 hr plus about $12 hr in benefits (social security, workers compensation, unemployment insurance, health plan, retirement plan, vacation)

non-union- top man $13 to $15/hr, no benefits other than those required by law.

Self employed- whatever the market will bear, sometimes not very much.

Dallas and Ft Worth combined their IBEW locals. I believe the scale is around $21 with benefits adding around $5 to that. It has been some time since I've worked through the hall so my figures may be inaccurate by a dollar or so.

NYC union $42 perhour in the envelope

Non union $18-40 per hour dependig on experience.

Self employed whatever you can get.

PS this is what the men get paid not what the customer gets charged, customer get charged much more to cover benefits, and profit.
