I'm looking for a little help. I had a problem recently, where it would have been helpful to "see within" the wall (from above). I need a "snake" camera with a light, that would allow me to clearly see about 8 or 9 feet that I can connect to my Andriod phone. Most of what I've seen is cheap crap, has a display, or has a short focal length. I thought finding this would be a no-brainer. I guess that's what I get for thinking. Thanks, Pete
Mr. Bill may have something in the store, or a lead to a source.
John, I'm sorry. The only Mr. Bill I can remember is a clay character from SNL. Pete
He is talking about our Host Bill Addis and the store is herehttps://www.licensedelectrician.com/Store/Inspection-Scopes.htm
but I don't see what you want.
I have one that hooks to a laptop USB port but I haven't seen one that blue tooths to your phone. It may still be out there somewhere
Sorry about that, but I thought everyone knows "Mr. Bill"
You may want to send him an email, as he may have a source for what you are looking for, IF he dont have it in the store.

Inspection Camera wifi
This showed up in my email today
Maybe Bill can get a connection on this. Looks like a 'Rack-a-ters' connection.
Impressive, wonder what the range is, and $$$
I’m curious on the cost!! Might be a good toy for an inspector too!!
I'll keep you posted.
I was playing with this today, it's a pretty neat little item.
You download a Free App, turn it on and you can see the image on your Smartphone or Tablet. I could control the Lighting level on my Smartphone and take Pictures or Video.
I didn't give the Range a thorough test, but it worked from two rooms away, and also inside my Refrigerator from the next room. I'm thinking I'll be keeping one of these.
$119 + S & Hhttps://www.licensedelectrician.com/Store/RT/Ferret-WiFi.htm
Bill, thanks very much. That's what I'm looking for, but I'd like to have it even simpler (I'll email rack-a-tiers). I don't anticipate using it to help snag or pull wires and the diameter is 1.25". .75" would be great. Pete
