Only the one to not make daft resolutions which have no chance of survival.

I agree with you Bill, all the guys should try to jump in the forums.

Sometimes I think Greg and I feel like the proverbial “Maytag Men”

It's a good way to relax sometimes and get away from work, etc...

I'll do my best. I'm behind on many things code-wise so I won't be much help there.

It would be great to hear from Members that haven't posted in a while.

Just say Hello!

Interesting ‘find’ while poking around here...

177 pages of members, 104 pages are ‘0’ posts! I didn’t count the number of names per page. Wow, if they would just post!

(Result of Thursday nite boredom)

John,

Back in the day we had a problem with spammers and a few Disgruntled members that would flood the website with garbage. Since that time each new member has had to be manually reviewed and approved before they can join or post.
This has cut down tremendously on the spammers that get in. Luckily, many of them are pretty dumb and obvious when they fill out the registration form and I can nuke them before they get in. They don't even make it to that list.

Anyway, I think some, of the non-posters may be people that register and realize they can't post until approved, which might be the next day, and by that time they've lost interest or gone elsewhere.

I'll look into some options regarding this and discuss what I find, or what can be done, with you Mods.

I usually don't bother as the resolutions are often broken on the first of January.
Happy New Year and sorry for being absent for a while.

I don't usually do them either, but I've lacked focus on some things and I'd like to remedy that.

Nice to hear from you!

I agree, but if you tell Sparky that I'll deny it! wink
