Is there a fire alarm panel or stand alone DACT that can monitor a sprinkler flow switch when there is no other fire alarm in the building?
The application is a multifamily with no common space (separate risers) but a common sprinkler riser.

Yes, but is it required and who is going to monitor it? Not sure what DACT stands for, but typically if there is no other fire alarm in the building the bell on the building exterior run by the flow switch is sufficient. If you are looking for a monitored system from a (remote) supervised station, work with whomever will be monitoring the building for the equipment.

Digital Alarm Communicator Transmitter ...

Normally a micro switch is enough to solve your problems....

The typical flow switch has space enough for two.

You can also go with something simple like a flow switch and a transformer with a low voltage bell that only rings in the house.
