I hate to throw them out, but I really don't have much use for them since they are outdated.

Do you typically save all your old reference books?

CT, save them, they won't take up much room.

You may come across someone that needs them someday, and you will have them.

I gave away my 75,(to cousin) 78, and 81(to brother) editions to apprentices, and even though I know I did right, I sure wish I had them back. Even if I were to leave the trade,
one of my grand children might love to have them.

Roger, good advice. I promised someone the books allready, so a promise is a promise!
I will, however, be saving my '02 books for future generations, should I be blessed with children, to enjoy.

Format_C, Cauldwell's book and the pocket manual are still available if you're interested. I see you live in Bridgeport, so you're right down the turnpike from me.

I still have a 1970 copy of the IEE Regs., the same one my father used for years.

Instead of getting rid of old reference books I tend to collect them whenever I can. The only problem is I'm running out of shelf space!

If there is a copy of the NEC codes going< i wouldnt mind,

or information in obtaining a copy here in england ?
