any of you guys done any "stand alone" fuel cell systems ? i am just waiting to to my first one .does anyone knows of a site with details about the fuel cell systems ?

This technology will only continue to grow and get better. Someday, they will even be used in homes. I can't wait!

I understand that NIPSCO, the local utility company has a few "natural gas fuel cells" in operation in Porter County, Indiana, but have not heard of anyone who will comment on the status of the experiments.

In the local newspapers, when NI-Source purchased Columbia Gas ?? on the eastern seaboard, they were planning on using these natural gas fuel cells to compete/supplement the electric grid. Again nothing in the newspaper, lately, that I've seen.
