I found this on a fire department site, they were questioning ladder access to the side of the building, where the POCO feed is run along the side of a building. Are there any code problems presented with this installation?

It appears to be more that 3' from all of the windows and plenty high enough off the ground so I don't see a code violation there but you may have a problem with the disconnects not being "grouped". I can't tell how they are arranged

What about that gutter downspout that runs behind the wires. Unless it is some type of platic pipe it looks like a disaster waiting to happen when the pipe becomes energised.

.
There are no code violations. The Open wiring on insulators as per 230.43 are/is not POCO. They are service entrance.

As for the FD concerns. They will have to overcome, adapt and improvise.
