I'm needing a small electronic transformer 120V/12V that will fit into a 4 square box 2.25" deep. It has a 2" sngl. gang ring on it.

I guess the big thing is that is will be outside and probably needs to be NEMA 3. 150Watt should suffice.

I did find the following but can't tell if it is NEMA3:

Any other suggestions?

Thanks,
Byron

Nema 3 really refers to the enclosure you put it in.
This does say it is potted to be waterproof. I would say it will work assuming it is big enough for the load

It says on the linked cut sheet that you sent that it's 7 1/2" long.

You might have to make 2 trips to get it inside a 4" square box...and even then it may overheat if there isn't enough ventilation in the box.

Thanks for your responses guys. I did actually find a model that will work with the dimensions:

Thanks again!

Glad to hear it.

I didn't intend to come across as a smart-alec in my previous post, but I've gotten ahead of myself before and ordered something that didn't fit.

Hope everything works out.
