5 mile drive. Disconnect a hard-wired range. Install floor mount receptacle. No need to install the cord on the new range. No problems encountered.
Fill in the blanks please.
$___.00?

Is the new floor outlet fed from the line that fed the hard-wired range, or do you have to run a new line to the panel?

$100.00 sounds good.

Would you believe $225.00?
That is what a customer of mine paid someone else. He said the guy was there about 20 min. I'm sure it took a little longer than that though. He couldn't get ahold of me in time for his range delivery, but when I got back to him he asked me what I thought it would cost. I told him about $110.00-125.00.

(NJ)Using the existing cable.

$85-$100, depending if it was a 3-wire recpt or 4-wire recpt I had to install. (New or existing appliance?)

Boy! That's where I'm out of touch with residential work. Here in Houston most companies will charge a minimum of 2 hours, and at a rate of $50.00 to $75.00 per hour.
Plus material.

Worthological Regards,
