I have yet to go out and get a 2005 book as we still have about 6 months before we change over to 2005. (yeah I know I should start now allready, but cash has been very tight since April 15 if you know what I mean), I have heard elsewhere that we will be required to put a handle tie breaker on all multiwire circuits. Is this the case?

210.4(B) basically just removed the words "in dwelling units". It still says "on the same yoke" so if your multiwire goes to separate devices it doesn't need the handle tie.
