Does the PVC conduit have to be a certain length before an expansion joint is required in a horizontal run of 2" PVC under a mobile home?(Has to be ? feet before one is required)

More info is needed for an exact answer.

Is the 'underneath' area capable of temp changes, or can it be in direct sunlight?
What is the length?
Do you have a EJ where the PVC comes up out of the ground?? (if applicable)

A good source of PVC info is the Carlon catalog, or the Carlon website. They are the 'brand' PVC available around here (NJ)
