Line and load is OK in the same raceway, but service and feeder, or service and branch circuit conductors cannot be in the same raceway.
De-rating is contained in the bottom section of Table 310.16 for ambient temperature, and in Table 310.15(B)(2)(a) for more than 3 current carrying conductors in a raceway or cable, or bundling of cables
