Hi,
If there is a raised deck that will be the foundation/pedastal for a hot tub/spa, would a PVC conduit supplying the unit from below the deck need to be buried to any specific depth or would it even matter? I do not see any benifit to burying the conduit since it will have a deck built over it.

You do not have to bury it, but you will then have to secure it.

If this is small PVC 1/2", 3/4" or 1" you will need to secure it every 3'.
