There's no need for the extra main.

To clarify what electure has said, it is OK to post a message (question) on more than one bulletin board site, say you posted the same question at Mike Holt's... That's OK... But it is a little annoying to see the same question posted multiple times in the same bulletin board, be it in different threads or not.

It is etiquette going waaay back into the IRC days...
