There are lots of companies out here that will not reset a GFI, nor a breaker.
They sell...and sell, and only replace, and charge. (of course they reset the c/b and sell it to the next customer)
How the heck do you take 'em out?
Their employees are told not to reset anything, and work off of the sale price. They get a percentage...
(closest I've been to a fistfight in many years)

We have a few around here. All "technicians" get paid a commission on selling price. The main company hires independent contractors who work under the main company name.
I seem to notice a correlation between how dishonest or expensive a company is and how honest or reasonable their ads claim they are.
