Does this table meen that i dont have to derate my motors cables (3 conductors MC cable with a PVC jacket) if i respect Table 392.9 fill area for cable tray

I don't believe it alleviates the requirement to derate any more than observing conduit fill allowances would.
However, as pointed out in the other posting, the spacing question rears it's ugly head.
