When does OSHA adopt the NEC? Do they adopt the latest version or are they several versions back? Is there a specific CFR someone can point me to?
Or perhaps the question is do they reference the NEC?

Tom, yes they do reference the NEC. If I remember correctly, it is in their article 1926. This could be wrong, but I will look on Monday.
