I just recently took my Class D license test in Massachusetts and there are some questions that I just can't find answers to.
1. Is the Class D license transferrable?
2. How many people can work under your license? I believe that it is one.
3. What is the fine for a first time violation of the code?
4. How many days before starting work must the electrical inspector be notified?

Any help woould be greatly appreicated.

Don't violate the code and you won't get fined.
