Hi,
I am looking for some input regarding the point of attachment for service entrance conductors. everything i read says that the point of attachment should be below the weatherhead. if i look around it seems that almost all services (residential) are attched above.

the code only allows the point of attachment to be above the weatherhead in some cases.
