I dont have my book so be kind here if im wrong on articles but 110 deals with clearance issues and 384 says that 25 ft above panels is to contain nothing but electric equipment, now do i understand that if u have a breaker panel or a panel board that u cannot run anything above it unless it is electrical we are running a steel conveyor about 8-10 ft above a 200 amp breaker panel

doc; 110-26(f) mentions 384 110-26(f)(1)(a) EX, talks about foreign systems which is defined in (b), as long as U provide protection from condensation, leaks or breaks your conveyor can stay.
sorry to be so long getting back but sparky would you take another look at these codes one talks about working area and the other is dedicated space and I see nothing about water it says nothing but electrical is allowed above it am i still missing something I have a book by Mike Holt understanding the code and it shows this area to be left open now what am i missing

Doc, I don't think you are missing anything. clear space is clear space, NOTHING goes above that panel except electrical equipment. The purpose was for the electrician to always have a path to the panel, conveyors would be in the way, sorry, in my jurisdiction, down it comes.
