Looks like a finely calibrated right arm, and the old standard of tighten until it squeaks won't hold up in a court of law.

110.15 is "out of control" I run conduit and pull wire, how am I suppose to know "the incident energy in calories per square centimeter", when I don't even know how many calories are in the candy bar I'm eatin ???

It is a bummer, if only in the extent of the variables that exist in the calc. Besides, i don't think that the figure will really mean much to those out of the trade.
It would be better to post one of Telsa's pix from his page onto a panel.
I'm hoping to find some guidance of this calc in 70E

the "negative response" in this ROP suggests 3 sources for this calc, 70E being one of them. The vote was 11 to 1, but i guess that does'nt drown out the opposition.

note that it only applies to switchboards, motor control centers, panelboards, other than residential.
