Please send your comments on this usage.
Some inspectors in N.J. are confusing artical 347 (PVC) with romex.
I found it easier to run PVC and get the job done quicker than pipe !!!!!

I am not an Expert, but I cannot find anything in Art. 347 (1999 NEC) restricting it's usage except for Hazardous Locations something in Theaters or similar locations. I see nothing about 3 floors above grade.

Could it be a local Ordinance?

Anyone else have a Comment?
