EPCOR is is the Edmonton POCO. They have not had a fatal accident for a very long time until now.

That's terrible no matter when or where something like this happens. I read in the Linemans Handbook 11th edition that back in the old days that 1 in 3 utility men died from their work. Alot of us in the industry owe them a debt of gratitude.
