do any of all use the meterbases with main breaker on the bottom and with four circuits ? at what height is the best to mount?

I HAVE USED A FEW OF WHAT YOU HAVE DESCRIBED.FLORIDA POWER REQUIRES THE METER TO BE BETWEEN 4 AND 6 FT ABOVE GRADE.
