I need to install a kitchen vent fan in a new home. Its the kind that mounts in the ceiling over a island range and it looks like a bath fan. What kind of UL listed for kitchen vent fans do you prefer. I'm looking for opinions on what brand is best.

Thats how we do it up in the woods!

Brands are subjective, but the residential code requires it to be 100 cfm minimum in size. (and the bathrooms have to be 50 cfm)
