I just wanted to say thanks to all the contributers to the 'Neverendingstorey' thread. I don't think I have laughed so much and for so long for years! Special mention must go to Webmaster for the impeccable ending.

I guess this is probably the longest thread I've seen here at ECN.

I understand Marc is negotiating movie rights with MGM [Linked Image].

Any nominees for the "best contribution to an original screenplay" category? Here are mine:

= To RobbieD, for "I learned a little trick years ago, maybe you will remember it and pass it on to your apprentices."

= To NJwirenut, for "furby."

= To XtheEdgeX, for "It's just the electrons oscillating."

= And a double nomination to Webmaster, for "concern for keeping things 'PG' rated..." and, of course, "the end."

Hey Marc, I think that the soundtrack for the movie should contain allot of circus music. It would be great background noise for that jobsite. LOL

hey guys thanks for your help for neverending story here and i do really enjoying it also.

but unforetally someone got into politics in there as the rules did speak about that and i do respect Bill [ Webmaster ] wishes to keep the forum clean.

i might start the other thread about neverending story but right now i will put it on hold for now until the event quiet down some then i will do it again

thanks ..

Merci , Marc

Bill and Marc,
This thread could have carried on until infinity.
However, somebody had to play the politics card.
It has been stated here I don't know how many times, that we will not tolerate political or similar posts, yet folks still do it.
If a new thread does happen, I would like Pauluk, Roger and electure to keep an eye on it.
What sort of an outfit are we if we can't have a thread like this, without some idiot causing us to close the thread?.
We are quite lucky here, our Moderators are patient, over at some of the boards I'm a part of, you get one warning via a Private Message and that's it!.
Marc had a great idea, someone else killed it.

With that said, I think we'd better make sure that this thread is not going to head in the same direction.

I had some good laughs there too. Thanks to all who contributed.
