Does anybody know if any kind of guidelines exist for a regular electrical building maintenance program? I work for a large municipality and they have expressed an interest in possibly enacting such a program.

Thanks, Nick! I looked at that and it looks good but I was looking for some kind of guidelines we could use with our own electrical staff.
