Get your hands on the "Benfield conduit bending manual"

grab a bender and some pipe, and start making some mufflers.

I have purchased this book about half a dozen times to LOAN to people, who never return it.

benfield It's pretty dated, but simple.

And this site:

Oh yes, practice, practice, practice.

I let people take the scraps home, tell them to bring back saddles and off-sets.

In addition to the above, here is another:
(EMT only)

If you are planning on doing IMC or RGS, get the Benfield or Cox book ( same price as Benfield's)'ll need it!

I don't know about the web sites, but the Jack Benfield manual (published many years ago) is still the best one I've seen. It's available at the EC&M website as well as many others.

The elliot electric site forgot shinkage on the saddle, very important! Otherwise it will be off-center.

These two books are the best I've ever seen (hopefully these will come in as hyperlinks):

Simplified Conduit Bending

Electrician's Guide to Conduit Bending
I bought the motor control and PLC books also and they are both very good.
