Saw this requirement on a project I am bidding on, who makes the UNO dimmer? Any websites?

Just something out of left field here. Was it a typo? Did they mean JUNO?:)

"Unless Noted Otherwise" It the same thing as UOI "Unless Otherwise Indicated". You have to make a metal note of this because they could require these changes and you might have to eat the difference depending how the contract is wrote. It's the new thing to slip this garbage in to screw the EC.
