Thanks to all for your comments and support. I think that above all, everyone that's interested in learning more, or sharing with others should feel welcome here, regardless of background or affilliations.

With that said, Hey, how about Orlando?
With the cool weather creeping in I'm already thinking of someplace warm to go!

Hey Bill,
"With that said, Hey, how about Orlando?"
Today...Sunny and breezy. Highs 74 to 77. Hurricane remnants, bet on high 80's next week.
Come on down. Plenty of romm at all the inns!
Thanks for running the most well organized and informative board.

Bill,

I agree. The electrical field (no pun intended) includes a wide range of specialty work. It is nice to be able to ask questions knowing that you will be offered help, and not ridicule. This allows us let our guard down and ask that seemingly "stupid" question. I point to my question about drilling beams, and the rapid flood of responses, as an example of this.
I also enjoy the having the opportunity to contribute what I can.

Thanks everyone,

Redsy

As an infrequent poster, I have to agree with all that is said about this board and the good people who post. Like all of you, I do learn a lot from this board. Everyone seems to like being able to help someone get a good solid answer to a seemingly "stupid question". Actually, as one of my teachers said one time, the only stupid question is the one that we never have the courage to ask. So, ladies and gentlemen, ask away and I'm sure someone out here will get you an answer.
My "Thanks" to all the frequent posters.

What I like is the idea of not just the freedom to ask any questions....but to answer also.

If the answer isn't the best or is missing something (it happens to the best of us.) You don't see 20 flames calling you an idiot or threatening to kick you off the forum.

Thanks everyone!

Seriously, 'Yous' are the greatest!!

Keep in mind that the suggestion box is always open. If you've got any thoughts on how to improve things or features that you'd like to see around here just drop me an email and I'll see what I can do.
