well i took my problem to the state fire marshel(see same topic in photos). He wrote em up and they fired me the next day.I contacted OSHA which is taking the case. They contested my unemployment but I won that because no misconduct was evident.Does anyone have any info on how long it usually takes OSHA to get results or their win/loss record in Illionis.thanks If anyone is wondering what this is about just search the topic"corrosion problems"

OSHA- like every other worker protection agency, is only interested if your complaint to them was the primary- read only and adnitted as such- reason for your dismissal. Should the employer simply say "I just didn't like his attitude- and that was 51% of the reason I fired him," OSHA has no case.

They went to the place twice already on this matter and i think i'm covered under whistleblower laws. After my first meeting with them wouldnt they have decided if there was a case or not.
