Has anyone noticed the phone ringing less these days? My real estate related work has all but stopped. Although it may be due to the season, last year wasn't as bad.

Last week, we were looking for places to send people. This was not a good sign.
I think on the construction end of things, they're going to have a slower and longer Holiday period than usual. I had them asking me if I needed help pulling wire and the like on my service work. This was unusual.
Fortunately 4 me, lots of companies have a "use it or lose it" policy for maintenance depts. I've got a lot of safety related issues that weren't responded to (although we gave quotes) earlier in the year being addressed now. It makes me happy to fix some of the scary stuff that I thought was not going to get fixed before it blew up!!
