I speak to you from experience, I've had it and it is very hard to get rid of once your PC is infected.

It's called serflog.a and it will do anything that it can to prevent you from removing it.
From personal experience it will disable any attempts to open any Anti-virus software that you have.
Also you will not be able to open Help and Support in Windows.
It works by stealth and you will probably not know you have it until you go to open Internet Explorer.
To be safe, download this .
Rename it as a file that you can remember as long as it is kept as a .exe file.
