I used the optional method for a single dwelling.220-30.Compare AC load @ 100% against space heat @ 65%, or less than 4 seperately controlled heat units @ 65%, or 4 or more seperately controlled heat units @ 40%. (I used 5 rooms).
Omit the smaller load either AC or heat.
Where did you find the 125%.. I'm always looking to learn... Thanks ToHo
