I installed a raychem self regulating heat tracer on a cold water pipe.I can't remember the model number but according to directions it's self regulating to 40 degrees.I read the directions twice and have since warmed the area to 70 degrees but the tracer is still heating.Any ideas on what i may have done wrong before i call them tomorrow for tech support would be appreciated.thanks
