This is very frustrating. I already posted this, and somebody came up with a nice solution from Appleton. Unfortunately, the post seems to have been deleted. I need to install a CS6369 recep in an interior wall of a building containing many small medical offices. For the times when the unit will not be plugged in, I want the recep to be covered. Unfortunately, the covers are designed to fit on an FS/FD box. My plan was to install a deep 4S box and a single gang mud ring. I'm not sure if anybody makes a single gang mud ring with the four corner screws like on a FS/FD box. I believe the only cover Hubbell makes for the CS6369 is the HBL7774WO or HBL77CM74WO . I wasn't sure how to attach this cover to a single gang mud ring, but somebody recommended Appleton FSK-SBA adapter. Can anybody else think of any other solutions?

I looked at the job on Dec. 30th, so it would have had to be shortly after that. Maybe the following Monday? I remember I had several good responses. I only post at Mike Holt and this one, but Mike Holt has no "general" section, so my post would have been here.

Sorry, I have no answer for you. The only time something gets 'vanished' on purpose is if it's a clear DIYer How-to question, a sales pitch or an unruly discussion. These items get moved to an archive area, so they're not really gone. I looked, but it's not there.

royta, I remember you posting here about that. It had something to do with a coffee cart that may not be plugged in all the time. If I'm correct I do not see your earlier post either. Al
I see what was lost is now found. I have to learn to type faster.

![[Linked Image]](https://www.electrical-contractor.net/ubb/confused.gif) kentvw, Thanks for finding it. ( here ) I have no idea why, but this doesn't show up in a search for 'CS6369' or as a post by member royta.

Hmm, I did a search using my username with no luck. I also did a search using "CS6369". I wonder why it didn't turn up?
